Compact Efficient Asymmetrical Canoe There are lot of similarities between this canoe and our Saugeen 15. They both are useful all-round boats. Great at the cottage, for day trips or even week long trips with smaller loads. Stability is comfortable in both canoes. The choice for the paddler is one of styling - The Spirit is a modern asymmetrical shape, very efficient for paddling and in our opinion very easy to look at.

Small boats have other benefits that are often overlooked. They are lighter if carrying or portaging is in your future. They are easier to handle on the car and quicker to turn in the water. River travel is extremely pleasant in a 15 foot canoe.
